Format: Bibliography and Citation Formatting Tool

Please note that before you may start using EndNote Web, you MUST click to agree to the license, and then create a login with your UMSL e-mail address and a secure password. This login must be created from a campus computer; after the initial login, you will be able to access Endnote Web from any computer by logging in with your campus e-mail and password. After a year, you will need to log in from campus again to renew your access.

EndNote Web is a web-based reference organizer and collaboration tool that enables users to collect references from electronic and traditional sources; collaborate easily with others; organize your references for your research topics and papers; and create a formatted bibliography for your paper. Many bibliographic styles are included, and it also includes a ?Cite While You Write? feature that can be downloaded to use while composing in Microsoft Word.

To make the best use of the program when you're not on campus, consider using UMSL's VPN (details here). If you cannot use the VPN, as an alternative you can use the EZProxy server at http://ezproxy.umsl.edu/login?url= (however, this does not work well with some resources). If you need an OpenURL address, try http://fn2vr5vt8l.search.serialssolutions.com
